10 Sneaky WWE Makeovers

1. JBL

JBL Bradshaw
WWE

The APA's Faarooq and Bradshaw were beer-drinking, cigar-smoking bar brawlers who couldn't wait to fool around in backstage segments or stop dying their hair black so they could look like Abercrombie & Fitch models. Wait a second, what? OK, so that only goes for one of them, and it's rough and tough cowboy Bradshaw.

Check those blonde locks.

They don't exactly make Bradshaw look like the ass-kicking good-time-boy he was in the APA, do they? That promotional image on the right is from 2004, a few months before he ditched the gimmick and went off to pastures new as JBL. The blonde haircut was the start of Bradshaw's transition into that character.

It was sneaky, because he'd been seen with long, dark hair and a goatee beard for years. When he decided to shave that off and go back to his more natural hair colour, it was a bit of a shock to the system. Then, it all made sense when he became the mega-heel JBL.
