10 Stiffest WWE Wrestlers Ever

3. Legion Of Doom

Hawk and Animal's WWE run is rife with dumb nonsense like Rocco the puppet and the depressing decision to capitalise on Hawk's real-life alcoholism for an attempted suicide angle in 1999. Unquestionably, Vince McMahon struggled to present them as the terrifying force of nature they were on the territories, though the Legion of Doom remain an important tag team in WWE history, notching two Tag Team Title reigns across their two runs with the company.

The Road Warriors are as legendary for their smashmouth style as their iconic power and paint presentation - and their energy was perfect. Pre or post-match, Hawk and Animal would look down the camera and little spit threats at those unfortunate enough to stand in their way.

"When we're finished with ya, your face is gonna look like someone set it on fire then put it out with an axe!". Coming from any other wrestler, these words would some stupid. Not Hawk. You believed them not only because of the fury he delivered them with, but because you knew the Road Warriors were going to destroy whoever stood across from them in the ring.

Particularly stiff are Hawk and Animal's jobber squashes. The Road Warriors decimated overmatched local opponents with jaw-rattling strikes and straight head drops, bringing a level of violence appropriate for their reputation.
