5. Santino Marella & Kozlov

Kozlov is a six foot six inches tall and 302lb Russian giant whose previous WWE life had involved pursuing Triple H's WWE Championship. Santino Marella is a six foot tall 233lb faux-Italian whose previous WWE life had involved winning the title of "Miss WrestleMania" in the guise of his feminine alter-ego Santina. The pair couldn't really be much more different so, when Marella approached Kozlov and requested that they teamed-up to form a tag team, it was no surprise when Kozlov initially refused. They actually went on to have a couple of matches against each other - as well as a dance-off - before Kozlov was finally convinced to side with Marella and, in July of 2010, they tagged together for the first time. They would go on to win the WWE Tag Team Championship in a four-way elimination tag team match on Raw on December the 6th of 2010 against The Usos, Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel, and Mark Henry and Yoshi Tatsu. Their reign lasted 76 days before they lost to Slater and Gabriel at Elimination Chamber 2011, but Santino's light-hearted style and Kozlov's no-nonsense style obviously worked quite well when combined.
