3. The Shield Vs. The Brothers Of Destruction - 2013

Immediately following WrestleMania 29, The Undertaker transitioned into a short feud with The Shield. After working a couple of matches together, Reigns, Rollins, and Ambrose gave Taker the big triple powerbomb through a table, sidelining the Deadman for an indefinite time. When Taker eventually returned, no mention was made of the Hounds of Justice being responsible for his disappearance.

All of which was quite frustrating, as there was a lot of money left on the table when it came to an aborted Shield/Taker feud. The original plan was for Taker to return in time for SummerSlam, where he would team with his baby brother Kane to take on either the entire Shield or just Reigns and Rollins.

The end result would have seen The Shield suffering their first clean loss, but Undertaker's body didn't recuperate in time. The Shield didn't have a match on the main card as a result.
