Let him talk to ya!

This entry won't be praising the booking of the WWE creative team, because this rise has nothing to do with them. Sure, Triple H had the foresight to scrap the ridiculous Maxx Dupri and Maximum Male Models gimmick, but he hardly gave Knight a sniff after that.

In fact, Knight was seen as cannon fodder for the unsuccessful return of Bray Wyatt, but was the only one to emerge from that whole fiasco with an ounce of credibility. No mean feat when you're covered in neon paint and beaten by Uncle bloody Howdy! The fact Knight continued to banter off Wyatt's antics surely endeared him to the fans.

One of the most wonderful things in wrestling is when someone becomes undeniable. Fans have seen it a few times, with the likes of the 'Yes! Movement', the rise of Becky Lynch and 'Kofi-Mania'. Sometimes, something just clicks between wrestler and fan and it's one of the most exciting things to witness.

That is happening right now with LA Knight.

It's no surprise he is all over social media and YouTube. He is the star in waiting and you need only watch last weeks Smackdown! to see it in action. The other contenders for the WWE United States Championship were given small, pre-recorded promos. Knight was thrown out there with a live mic, because the fans wanted to see him. The pop was proof of that.

He called himself the best decision the WWE had ever made.

He may well be right. YEAH!
