10 Superstars Who Will Leave WWE In 2017

3. Sin Cara

Will WWE be crazy enough to put someone else under the Sin Cara mask? Let’s hope not.

The Sin Cara character ran it’s course a few years ago...if it ever really had a course, but seeing him these days is a change the channel as soon as humanly possible type moment. Besides his on-air character being staler than year old bread left out in the basement, Cara is a bit of a hot head behind the scenes. He’s had backstage fights with Simon Gotch, Sheamus and Chris Jericho in the recent past. Those are just the ones we know of!

WWE keeps trying with this character, but it’s never going to work. He was pushed as Mysterio’s successor, then paired up with Kalisto, was given Scooby Doo for a night and now he’s supposedly under 205 lbs. It is ALL BAD!

At some point, Vince McMahon is just going to have to throw his hands up and admit he has no idea how to make Sin Cara work and let him go. Whatever bet he has with someone that he could make Cara has star has failed. It’s time to admit this five year failed experiment was well...a five year failed experiment.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
