10 Superstars WWE Have Elevated In 2021
3. Bianca Belair
Based on her current position, having been put to the back of the line after failing to beat Becky Lynch this past week, you might disagree with this entrant.
But 2021 has turned Bianca Belair into a superstar.
Booking Belair should be one of the biggest open goals facing WWE creative. Not only does she have a great look and bundles of charisma, but she is also a jaw-dropping athlete. Her 'EST' gimmick suits her perfectly, and WWE could have saved a lot of sub-par booking by just letting her prove her superiority in the ring.
Capable of deadlifting pretty much everyone on the roster, Belair usually has one jaw-dropping moment of strength in every match. Her Royal Rumble win and then subsequent title victory at WrestleMania were electric and she was let down by poorly booked feuds with Bayley and Carmella, before being dumped for Becky Lynch.
But the biggest tell that WWE have elevated Belair into a top superstar, is that for the past few months, she has been orbited by Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks and she hasn't felt out of place. The Horsewomen are rightly held in high regard, and Bianca Belair doesn't feel out of place amongst them.
In fact, there is a case to be made that taking the belt off her was a bad move.
