During the SmackDown Live portion of the Superstar Shakeup, former NXT Champion Andrade 'Cien' Almas was announced as a new addition to the blue brand, but he has yet to show up.

When he initially arrived in developmental, the Full Sail audience weren't that keen on the man formerly known as La Sombra. That all changed thanks to his series of matches against Johnny Gargano, and it wasn't long until Almas was on top of the world as the NXT Champion.

The Mexican star also had the privilege of being in WWE's first five star match since 2011, which came against Gargano at January's NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia event. After losing the championship to Aleister Black in New Orleans, Almas was given the all clear to officially join the main roster.

Almas' business associate Zelina Vega will be hoping to get him back in the title picture as soon as possible. Since he's on the blue side, an appearance during or after the United States Championship match could very well be on the cards.
