10 Things Everybody Gets Wrong About Modern WWE

7. Wrestler X Should Be WWE Champion

If WWE gave World Title runs to every single wrestler the fanbase has claimed deserves a main event role, each would only get to hold the belt for a week or two, such is the volume of these complaints.

The company don't always make the best use of their multi-talented roster, and there are definitely plenty of wrestlers who should have earned a bigger role a long time ago. Regardless, there are only so many spaces at the top table at any given time, and while the likes of Sami Zayn and Rusev may thrive as WWE Champion, there just isn't any room for them at the moment.

Zayn is the clearest example, as the clamour for him to be pushed as a top guy is particularly strong, but everything about his career suggests that he's better suited to playing the underdog. He's one of the best in the world in that role, so why try to push him as anything else?

It's natural for fans to want to see their favourites win the top prize, but guys like Zayn and Cesaro are still playing key roles for the company regardless. Are they being under-utilised? Perhaps, but both are doing just fine at the moment.
