10 Things Everybody Gets Wrong About Modern WWE

4. WWE Ruin All NXT Wrestlers On The Main Roster

It is without question that WWE don't always make the best use of former NXT wrestlers upon promoting them to the main roster. Sami Zayn, Bo Dallas, Apollo Crews: all have suffered greatly on Raw and SmackDown, and they're not alone, with a number of their peers left languishing in lower card positions after being tipped for greatness down in developmental.

This has led to the perception that promotion to SmackDown or Raw means certain death for the wrestler in question, which simply isn't true, particularly when it comes to big names.

Take Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Alexa Bliss, and Samoa Joe. Each is among their brand's most important wrestlers, and they're all producing some of the best work of their careers at the moment. The likes of Neville, Big E, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and countless others are also prospering in the main roster's bigger spotlight, and while they aren't all being pushed at the moment, their prominence can't be denied.

It's incredibly frustrating when WWE take a white-hot NXT act like American Alpha then flub their main roster push, but let's stop pretending that this is an epidemic.
