3. His First Major WWE Television Appearance Was Wrestlemania 28
Dean Ambrose had a following before he was signed to FCW, and that following grew even more while he was feuding with the likes of Seth Rollins, Damien Sandow, and Leakee (Roman Reigns). Those fans went nuts when a video surfaced with Ambrose getting in Mick Foley's face at a hotel during WrestleMania 28 weekend in 2012 while Mick was chatting with some fans. The main agenda Ambrose had was to call Foley a criminal and needed to be accountable for the young kids imitating his stunts in backyard wrestling matches. This was kind of ironic considering the matches Jon Moxley took part in Combat Zone Wrestling. This would lead to a war of worlds on Twitter; which made people wonder if it was real or not. After these incidents, they worked the angle that he was sent home from Smackdown tapings and sent back to Florida to separate himself from Foley. Unfortunately this was the end of what could have been a great angle that could have led to one more match for Mick, and it would have also have thrust Ambrose straight into the spotlight. Needless to say, things worked out in the end and The Shield was one of the greatest factions ever in the history of wrestling.
