https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V97uYoTwrUY While there was nothing that remotely came close to WWF's ECW-comparable "holy sh*t" moment of Mick Foley being hip tossed off the side of Hell in A Cell by The Undertaker, when Ahmed Johnson hit D-Lo Brown with his powerbomb finisher on top of a car on the debut episode, it's one of the more unheralded moments of that time period, and maybe the most non-contrived feeling ECW-style moment in Shotgun's history. The feud between Ahmed Johnson and The Nation of Domination was a key component of early Shotgun episodes, with Clarence Mason's Nation firing being one of the other feud highlights that occurred on the program. But watching D-Lo get Pearl River Plunged on the roof of a car? For 1997's WWF product? Absolutely insane.
