10 Things Nobody Wants To Admit About WWE WrestleMania 34

7. Asuka's Winning Run Must End At Some Point

Start sending your hate tweets now, because this writer would book Charlotte Flair to beat Asuka at WrestleMania 34.

The logic? Well, Asuka's unbeaten run can't go on forever, and it's believable that someone so credible as Flair could end it on the grandest stage possible. Granted, seeing Asuka capture her first main roster title without losing once sounds cool, but where does the story go from there?

If she's beaten Charlotte once, a surefire rematch after the fact lacks that cutting edge it'd badly need. Swerve everyone by writing an Asuka loss and fans have a reason to invest in her story. Suddenly, the Royal Rumble winner would be up against it for the first time in WWE, and that's a tasty tale.

The fact Asuka's fans would be disappointed to see her lose to Charlotte is all the more reason to press ahead with it. That disappointment would galvanise support for the Japanese star and give her reason to make a permanent switch to SmackDown so she can chase after the only women to beat her.
