10 Things Post-WrestleMania 36 Raw Told Us About WWE’s Future

6. Shayna Baszler & Becky Lynch Are Far From Done

WWE don't need to rush past Shayna Baszler just yet either.

She remains the most viable challenger for Becky Lynch's Raw Women's Title, and she will be until someone like Liv Morgan or Bianca Belair is truly ready to threaten the crown. If Raw's writers are clever about it, they'll extend Baszler vs. Becky for as long as possible and keep booking others strongly elsewhere.

The duelling promos (taken from WrestleMania weekend) that aired on Raw suggest Shayna will eventually end Lynch's year-long reign as champ. That's fine. Baszler would be a credible replacement, lost to a surprise roll-up spot at 'Mania and hasn't shed any of her menace since leaping over from NXT at all.

Once all the hype from WrestleMania's barmy 'Boneyard' and 'Firefly Fun House' matches dies down a little, then it'd be great to see this pair work some sort of 'I Quit' or 'Street Fight' stipulation. That, if handled correctly, could become a massive selling point for Raw.
