Christ knows what Brock Lesnar's justification will be for turning on Cody right before Raw's main event tag got underway. 'The Beast' was all high-fives and happiness earlier in the night when he was revealed as Rhodes' surprise partner, but then blasted the Royal Rumble winner with everything before throwing up a double middle finger to fans.

This might've been a swerve for the sake of it, to be honest.

Hopefully not, 'cause that'd be lame. Brock better come out soon and say something to the effect of, 'You think you can waltz back into this place and take my spot!?'. WWE has to serve up some sort of explanation before getting to Lesnar vs. Cody at Backlash (or whenever it'll take place).

One thing is for certain: Brock vs. Rhodes is going to happen over the next few months before Cody's feud with Roman reignites all over again. It's unavoidable now, whether this was a last-minute rewrite decision for Raw or not.
