10 Things That Are Inevitable Before WWE WrestleMania 34

6. Chris Jericho Returns

Last year, Chris Jericho stuck around way longer than most expected him to when he showed up to enter himself in the 2016 Royal Rumble. 2017 was much the same, with Jericho even admitting that Vince McMahon convinced him to extend a feud with Kevin Owens past 'Mania 33. WWE love having the veteran around.

That's hardly a surprise, because Y2J is capable of tweaking his act to remain relevant like few others. Expect that to happen again before next year's WrestleMania. There's value in Jericho returning as a babyface and squeezing more juice out of his 'List Of Jericho' guise, all before wickedly turning heel on someone like Shinsuke Nakamura or another cherished face.

A Royal Rumble berth seems plausible, as does Jericho being a shoe-in for a spot on the 'Mania card. Once his current touring schedule to promote Fozzy's new album ends, there's every chance Y2J will be back in the thick of it on Raw or SmackDown.
