10 Things That Nearly Happened At WWE Survivor Series

6. The Undertaker Replaced Bad News Brown In 1990

It has been 25 years since The Undertaker debuted at Survivor Series. In his first appearance he was a member of Ted Dibiase's "Million Dollar Team". The final member, he was a mystery partner. The mystery was real - nobody knew who Undertaker was. The original plan was actually Bad News Brown teaming up with with Dibiase, Honky Tonk Man and Greg Valentine but that never come to pass. Brown left WWE shortly after SummerSlam 1990 due to disagreements he had with Vince McMahon about money as well as his push. There was a story years ago about how Brown was mad that he was paid significantly less than Roddy Piper after their WrestleMania VI match. Brown worked SummerSlam, but was out of WWE after that and never brought back. It was never announced on television that Brown was going to be on the team, although the above photo tells a different story.
