10 Things That Only Happen in Pro Wrestling

3. You Won’t Come To Your Colleague’s Aid Until Your Entrance Music Hits

Imagine if we all had entrance music that played every time we entered the workplace to start our working day. Admit it, you’ve thought about it before and you know exactly what your music would be. We’ve all done it. The logistics would be a nightmare. “Why were you late?” your boss would ask. “I had to wait for Dave in IT’s music to finish playing before I could go through the door”.

If you’re ever in trouble, it’s good to know that you have a friend who will watch your back or come to your assistance when you need help. In wrestling, such alliances can be a life saver. I’m sure we can all safely say that, if we saw a friend in trouble, we would leap to their assistance without even thinking about it. It’s an automatic reaction and, in the event of an emergency, people often kick into auto-pilot. However, and you know what’s coming here, it works differently in wrestling. Before coming to the aid of their fallen colleague, the professional wrestler will wait for the sound guy (who knows all, remember) to hit his or her music before bounding through the curtain and into the ring.
