10 Things That Only Happen in Pro Wrestling

2. A Cameraman Films Your Private Conversations

In any workplace, we sometimes find ourselves in situations where we want to speak to a colleague or a manager in private. Some conversations relate to confidential matters that we wouldn’t want others to know about. Perhaps it’s about a health issue, or a family matter, or about your own performance in your job. The last thing you want to happen is for other people to know your private business.

But in wrestling, things are different. After going to the trouble of finding a private and secluded area backstage to have a conversation with a colleague, wrestlers don’t bat an eyelid at a nearby cameraman filming their every word. How can this be? Well, we’ve already established that wrestlers have terrible hearing, so it’s entirely possible that they didn’t hear the cameraman approaching. We’ve also already established that wrestlers only speak to one another during TV tapings, and so maybe they can’t afford to NOT talk to each other at that moment in time. Some things simply can’t wait another seven days.
