10 Things That Would Happen If WWE Buys TNA

5. Second Chances For TNA's Biggest & Brightest

TNA has suffered greatly by snapping-up just about every released WWE talent and pushing them way above their natural levels over the years, but recent history is peppered with more successes than failures.

Drew Galloway and Ethan Carter III are immensely talented workers who were never afforded a real chance in WWE. TNA have given them exactly that, and they’ve thrived as a result. Both are former TNA Champions whose work both in the ring and on the microphone has gone through the roof since their WWE reins were removed, and they’re both among the world’s most complete performers in 2016.

Bobby Lashley, the current TNA World Heavyweight Champion, has also undergone an impressive career resurgence. Green, unseasoned, and overpushed throughout his WWE tenure, Lashley has developed into an incredibly well-rounded bruiser who has greatly exceeded his initial projections. 8 years removed from his WWE release, Lashley has become a legitimate superstar.

WWE may have messed-up with these men before, but they’ve become too good to ignore, and they deserve a shot at proving themselves on the biggest stage. With both Raw and SmackDown struggling for roster depth, Galloway, EC3, and Lashley would each been an immediate boon to either show.
