10 Things TNA Wants You To Forget About Kurt Angle

4. Bad Mouthing Current Employer

Saying something negative about a former employer is one thing. There are usually bad feelings involved, at least from one side, so some harsh words can be expected. There is also the real possibility a lot of what Kurt said was as much to promote TNA as it was to spite WWE. (Guess it should have been 11 Ways To Get TNA Over.) All hurt feelings and promotional work aside, saying something negative about your current employer, as opposed to your past, is a different ball game entirely. Just take a look for a second at some of the things Kurt discussed about his current boss, Dixie Carter. He openly questioned their booking choices, was skeptical about her ability to make decisions and who she put in charge. Much like his post WWE interview, he had one trump card left, and that was putting into question the TNA work ethic. We have all worked for that person whose decision making you simply didn't trust. That can all boil down to a matter of opinion. But try openly questioning the work ethic of your boss and the entire company you work for and see what kind of consequences there are. Kurt went into detail about the TNA offices being like a ghost town after 4:30 in the afternoon, because no one had the work ethic to help them advance or truly knew what it took to make the company a success. All fences appear to have been mended between the two sides, but ask Dixie off the record how she feels about this one and there is no doubt it still stings.
