Global Force Wrestling: 10 Facts And Questions About Jeff Jarrett's New Promotion
6. It Will Be On Television
Lets face it, Jeffs not starting a small indie here -- hes hoping to create a national product that can compete with TNA and possibly even WWE down the line. In order to do that, GFW undoubtedly needs to be on television, and it will be. Jarrett has announced an exclusive partnership with Dave Broome and his 25/7 Productions. Broome is the creator of NBCs massive hit, "The Biggest Loser". Together they have promised to create new content to fit a 52-week per year schedule. That all takes a lot of time, money, and effort, but with Broome beside him, Jarrett and GFW should be more than capable of fulfilling that promise. Also, GFW will have to be another alternative to the established mainstream -- ideally a competitive alternative. Dixie Carter and her beloved TNA should be -- and probably already are -- wary of this new promotion. Jeff proved with his founding and leadership of TNA that hes capable of producing a lasting sports entertainment program, as well as capable of producing a quality -- albeit inconsistent -- television product. He has the opportunity to do what TNA already does, only better. For that reason alone, TNA should be concerned.

He has no backup plan to speak of, yet maintains his abnormally high spirits. If he had only listened to the scorn of his childhood teachers, he wouldn't be in this situation.
