2. Nancy Stabbed Sullivan

Remember those allegations of domestic abuse touched on earlier? Well, Sullivan admits there was some violence, but said the biggest example came from Nancy towards him. He also said he might not have brought that up to VICE on a film exploring her death (out of respect to her parents).

Nancy reportedly stabbed Kevin and spent three days in jail afterwards.

Presumably, he dropped the charges. Though Sullivan doesn't talk about that, there's surely no way Nancy would've been released from prison without his help - not when she'd attacked someone with a knife. That either wasn't known by VICE before the documentary or they chose not to include it.

It sounds like something Kevin kept close to his chest (no jokes). The stabbing proved to be the final straw for him, and he became distant from Nancy after it. Their relationship totally broke down, and there was no coming back.
