10 Things We Learned From Attending WWE Raw After WrestleMania Live

7. The Undertaker's Entrance Still Provokes Chills

Undertaker Elias

It's easy to be cynical about The Undertaker in 2019.

He hasn't had a great match in years, looks increasingly broken down every time we see him, has finally abandoned his staunch protection of kayfabe through his spiraling social media activity, and only ever shows up for fleeting moments these days. Regardless, that ring entrance, when experienced live, is still one of the coolest things in the world.

'The Phenom' was summoned when Elias indirectly called him out, promising that the next person to interrupt him would become a "dead man." The going struck, smoke seeped out from the stage, and the entire building rose to its feet, enraptured. Your writer isn't above admitting that the hair on his arms was standing up.

The illusion was shattered when the lights came on and we were confronted with 'Taker's aging body, but his arrival is still special.
