10 Things We Learned From Brock Lesnar's UFC 200 Victory
3. His Immediate Future Is In The WWE
Before we get ahead of ourselves, however, let's be clear: Brock Lesnar's immediate future is in the WWE.
There's SummerSlam in August, of course. There, Lesnar will be facing the Viper, Randy Orton, and trying to avoid the RKO. While the scripted world of the WWE ensures Lesnar is a little safer than he was trying to avoid the right hand of Mark Hunt, there's always the possibility of injury in the squared circle - and Lesnar will also remain under contract to the WWE for the time being.
That could be a stumbling block. What's in that contract regarding Lesnar fighting elsewhere - or, if it really was the WWE just allowing him to take a fight, whether they let him do it a second time - will likely, at least in part, dictate if and when he fights again. However, the WWE is sure to want to cash in on Brock's big win, so for the next little while, you can be certain that Lesnar will be getting a push on WWE television, even if he doesn't return to RAW right away.
As an aside - the WWE really ought to have him turn up on RAW to "celebrate" his big win, then have Orton crash the party. It books itself.
