Austin smiled a knowing smile when Rhodes began putting Shawn Michaels and Triple H over as two guys who showed immense patience with he and Ted DiBiase during their Legacy days. Together, both legends worked tirelessly to teach these young bucks (ahem) a thing or two on the road.

One night, Shawn caught Cody asking loads of people backstage what they thought about one of his matches. Pulling the rookie aside, HBK offered the following sage advice: "Don't ask 50 people what they thought - you should know". That moment has always stuck in Rhodes' mind.

It came in handy at WrestleMania 38.

He knew instantly that his bout vs. Seth Rollins had been a show-enhancing banger. Afterwards, Cody confidently told everybody who'd listen that it was the biggest and best match he'd ever had in his career, and he was so proud of complementing the 'Mania card with a proper wrasslin' match.
