Cody is coping, just about, with the multiple hats he has to wear on Wednesday night.
On stress, nerves and still being a pro wrestler, he said: "At this point I've had about three sleepless nights in a row mixed with nervous puking. My anxiety is through the roof for this event. I say it's the most important wrestling day in my life, but I can't think of a more important night since MTV ran Rock N Wrestling. I don't mind those nerves, as long as they're not on my face when I come out that tunnel.
Randy Orton told me about something called "Red Light Guy" - when the red light's on I can do just about anything. It's who I want to be and who I have to be. A lot of people have - fairly - put pressure on us. There were a lot of campaign promises about what Dynamite will be, what AEW will be. A lot of people making those promises are the ones in the ring. Nervous, absolutely, scared, not one bit."
