Cody's incapable of keeping his adoration for the work of his Father and others closely associated with NWA/WCW and Southern wrestling in general a secret, and was willing to share several of the concepts he currently holds plus one notable one he'd like to reclaim.

On usage for future major gimmick matches, Cody noted that; "I'm sitting here thinking to myself I'd really love to buy [WarGames] back. I wonder if they'd be willing to let me buy it back? Dusty came up with the match concept on a napkin in the parking lot, Arn Anderson was there [so] I've got a witness. The one they do now isn't really loyal to the true rules of it.

The beauty of that is that WarGames just came from the experience of being in wrestling...and all of a sudden the lightbulb went off. We started with the Casino Battle Royal...and I think with the Women's one we got the formula right. I do have the Bunkhouse Stampede and Battlebowl on lockdown if and when we need to use them, but I know we can come up with something original.'
