All Elite Wrestling has been credited so far for its roster diversity in comparison to prior wrestling start-ups as well as open-mindedness towards fans that may have additional needs, but the 'American Nightmare' was keen to point out that - like the promotion itself - this is only the beginning.

On inclusiveness, he noted that; "I think we wanted to put out a product out that''s congruent with today's society. A snapshot of what America and the world actually looks like now. I think we're doing a good job but that work is never finished. One of the things my wife has been a marvel at with this company is seeking out diverse superstars and wrestlers for our product, and [she] will continue to do so.

I think African american representation on our brand is huge. There are some anolute stud men and women that I'd love to be part of AEW and part of Dynamite. We are doing everything we can to grow the most diverse roster, and first and foremost the best roster".
