4. He Publicly Confronted Vince McMahon

Kanyon attended WrestleMania XX and was invited to the traditional after-party for the staff/any wrestlers knocking about who fancied it. There, he made a huge mistake by approaching Vince McMahon and saying, "Thanks for inviting me to this party...even though you fired me".

That was awkward, to say the least.

Chris Jericho, who narrated 'Dark Side' but also appeared as a talking head, said that this wasn't the right way to go about things. Kanyon was clearly in a bad place mentally, and he'd decided to confront McMahon about being released from the contract. Everybody agreed that this was a terrible plan.

It's clear from hearing about incidents like this one that Kanyon's mind wasn't in a good place. He was there as a guest, and because he was still friendly with several on the WWE roster, but he went into business for himself and confronted the boss totally out of nowhere.
