Again, Y2J couldn't help but be charmed by Ellsworth's upbeat positivity or happy-go-lucky personality. The veteran took it upon himself to publicly share some advice for his peer and try to lift his spirits. Maybe hearing that Ellsworth broke down in tears when WWE released him softened Jericho's heart.

As Ellsworth pondered whether or not he'd been too relaxed about actually being in WWE and could have done more, Jericho interrupted to say he was wrong. When James then laughed nervously, Y2J sweetly pointed out that Vince likely couldn't believe how much he'd squeezed from someone who had been brought in for a one-off squash match.

That's a good point, and Jericho followed it up with another. Characters like The Godfather were canned in a shorter time than Ellsworth, and he was a much bigger star. To get 16 months out of nothing is something Jericho thinks Ellsworth should be proud of.
