Hopefully, that's not the same crown WWF stars took a dump in backstage in 1993.

Most wrestling fans know this sh*tty story by now, but Jerry recalled it on Austin's Network show. He remembers walking backstage and being accosted by a worried-looking Jimmy Hart. The animated manager warned 'King' against stepping foot in the locker room because some guys had crapped in his crown.

Jerry found more than one turd waiting for him that evening, and he immediately set up a meeting with Vince McMahon to tell his new boss things probably wouldn't work out. He knew that some wrestlers were sour on him because of rubbish pay offs in Memphis, and he didn't want to suffer through more of their revenge.

McMahon soothed Lawler's fears by promising that nothing like that would ever happen again. He was good on his word - the locker room response to Jerry softened after that, perhaps because they'd received a tongue lashing from the V-man.
