9. Didn't See Merchandise Revenue In WCW

Today, pro wrestlers earn revenue from t-shirt sales, action figures, other merchandise revenue and even annual appearances in video games. It's just taken for granted that performers will gain some cash from merchandise, but Nash says that isn't the way things were done in WCW.

In fact, he claims he never earned anything.

As a WWF/WWE employee, the former Diesel was cut in on absolutely everything. Merchandising was broken down almost to the unit, but WCW didn't handle business that way. This is eye-catching, because Chris Jericho once claimed in his autobiography that royalties for the sale of his action figure were attributed to Hulk Hogan and Sting.

Sean Oliver brought up the subject of the WCW/nWo World Tour video game, one which had Kevin Nash included as a playable character. Immediately, Nash said he didn't see a dime of profit from the sales of the title, and it wasn't exactly an isolated incident in the promotion.

If true, that's very interesting, but others have said differently, including Jericho.
