10. He Doesn't Really Do Cardio

You too can have a body like Kofi Kingston's by dieting properly, exercising regularly and...never, ever doing any cardio whatsoever. Wait, what? Yes, Kofi said on the pod that he does his best to stay away from that sort of thing.

It's a good thing he broke that rule 24 hours before working an hour-long Gauntlet on SmackDown.

As luck would have it, Kingston jumped on a cross trainer for 45 minutes on the Monday following a house show. Soon after that, Road Dogg called him with news that WWE needed him to fill Mustafa Ali's spot in the Gauntlet. Amazingly, Kofi was annoyed at himself for even bothering to do some cardio.

He wouldn't have done any had he known what was coming, because he said he'd rather go in fresh than tired from the exercise. How on earth Kofi managed to last the Gauntlet and Elimination Chamber grind without intense training is anyone's guess.
