Renée made an excellent point when she said that it won't be the same if Wight comes down to the ring for a match without his old WWE entrance theme. Seeing him amble to the ring sans "Weeeeeeell" will be weird, but AEW don't have much of a choice there. They can't exactly use the E's intellectual property.

Not to worry, because Wight has something else in mind that'll scratch the same itch (he hopes). He's great friends with rocker Lenny Kravitz, and revealed to 'Oral Sessions' that he's currently in talks with Lenny's band about laying down a new track for his AEW run. That could be cool, especially if it retains some of the classic tune's flavour.

As much as All Elite can get away with, anyway.

Kravitz is currently shooting a movie in the Dominican Republic with Jennifer Lopez, so Wight says his time is a little limited. He's not too worried about that though, because he doesn't plan on wrestling for a while anyway.
