7. Jerry Lawler Is His Favourite Worker Ever

Raven counts Jerry 'The King' Lawler as his favourite in-ring worker of all time. He's not talking mid-90's comedy King though, he's recalling with fondness the wild brawls Lawler would have in Memphis, the AWA and beyond. To a young Scott Levy, that was the magic of pro wrestling.

The fact Lawler could make all of his matches look like a real fight appealed to Raven. Studying his work meticulously, Levy also loved the way Lawler would bump around like crazy, but only when it meant something. There was no wasted motion, no spots just for the sake of it and no crazy flips.

When quizzed by Austin about his second favourite, Raven said it was Jake 'The Snake' Roberts, and revealed that he often goes back and forth between he and Lawler. Right now, it's the King that takes the top spot, because Raven can't get enough of that classic Memphis Wrestling style.
