Towards the end of his run in WWE, Raven came up with a storyline revolving around the '7 Deadly Sins' and pitched it to the creative team. Vince McMahon was impressed by what he read, enough to offer Levy a spot on the booking committee going forward. Unfortunately for Vince, Raven wanted to wrestle.

It seems McMahon liked the idea but wanted to use it for somebody else. Later in 2003, Sean O'Haire debuted a devil's advocate type of character that shared much of the same mystique. The gimmicks weren't the exact same, but there were similarities. Maybe Raven would have had more success with a sinister character like that.

It's clear from listening to Levy talk that he has a brilliant mind for the wrestling business and a stack of killer ideas. Had he been given the chance to play out his 6-month storyline the way he wanted, there's a chance it could've been something special. It wasn't to be though.
