Both The Undertaker and Big Show said during their respective 'Broken Skull Sessions' interviews with Austin that WWE's locker room needs to slow down. Flair took things one step further by saying the entire pro wrestling biz needs to take a chill pill. He's particularly concerned about the ratio between spots and selling.

There are too many superkicks, flips and dives, he thinks. The man has a point.

Ric told Austin that the glory of selling has been lost amongst so many samey moves, and that's a shame when so many are clearly good workers. Whilst he didn't want to give specific examples and bury anyone outright, Flair does think that wrestlers today must make things mean a bit more.

In fairness, he did also note that WWE headliners don't get the same wealth of experience he once did in his prime. They're not going from working André The Giant one night to Ricky Steamboat the next - there's a smaller circle of main eventers, and that causes guys to limit themselves and hit repeat.
