Might as well start off hot.

Roman voluntarily walked away from WWE earlier this year to protect his family. To him, it was a no-brainer, and the kind of thing any good husband and father would do if his wife and kids were in danger. Reigns categorically told Graves that he would've had zero regrets had he been forced to call it a career.

He was willing to hang up his boots and inform Vince McMahon that family was way more important to him than pro wrestling. It doesn't hurt that Reigns has won countless titles, headlined four WrestleMania supercards and got to travel the world; he's thankful to WWE for that, but said he was prepared to retire.

This was one of the stronger and more poignant parts of the podcast. Roman seemed totally unafraid to put wrestling in its proper place and speak openly about real life trumping anything he could do on Raw or SmackDown. Good man.
