It's hardly surprising to hear Steve Austin giggle when Sasha Banks talks about what she'd like to do once she retires from the ring. She's only 25 years old, so Austin feels the Boss has at least another decade of ring time ahead of her. Banks didn't seem so sure during the interview though, and was happy to talk about retirement.

That was interesting, even more so when Sasha admitted to enjoying the creative side of wrestling so much that she'd be willing to give the producer or agent role a shot. Coming up with match finishes or helping young talent tie things together is something Banks is passionate about. As much as she'd like the job itself however, she wouldn't like being shouted at.

Sasha sees that happen to producers backstage every day in WWE. The pressure those people are under is immense, and it's not something Banks is too keen on putting up with. She's a top tier female star in the promotion, and that would change if she became responsible for others.

Still, it's food for thought in years to come.
