Did you know this? Your writer sure didn't.

Seth Rollins was already struggling as a babyface (more on that later) when Vince McMahon hauled him to one side behind the scenes and said his prospective new top good guy needed something people could identify with. Then, in one of those "eureka!" moments, Vince said he had just the ticket.

He'd have his music department add, "Burn It Down" into Seth's music. The wrestler was confused, chiefly because he thought it'd be cheesier than a cheesy man's cheesy bits and didn't want to become a walking joke people ripped the p*ss out of. McMahon, never to be denied, said they were doing it.

Rollins described this to Austin as "100% a Vince call". WWE stuck some whispers of "Burn It Down" into his entrance track first, but it was the screaming experiment which really caught Rollins' ear. He likened that fan-friendly shout as similar to Steve's breaking glass.
