Regal figures that he'll likely end up working with lots of different faces in AEW, so he wants to know what they're all like and what they do. Keep in mind that All Elite's roster is full of men and women that William won't have come across before - he's well-researched, but he was also busy with WWE duties.

The legend only wants to be prepared should Tony Khan program his Blackpool Combat Club against someone he's less-familiar with. This is an old trick he picked up when first breaking into wrestling, and it's amazing to think of William bloody Regal sitting there with a bowl of Coco Pops watching episodes of Dark.

Seriously though, the man watches every match on episodes of Dynamite and Rampage, at least. It's in his best interests to, especially if the Combat Club is going to continue branching out or recruit some new members.
