10 Things We Learned From William Regal On Talk Is Jericho

4. Regal Doesn’t Have Ill Will Towards WWE

William Regal Talk Is Jericho

William isn't one to hold grudges.

Jericho didn't outright ask if his pal had any ill will towards WWE - Regal just sort of chucked it in there during a story, and spoke about how many magical memories and moments he experienced under Vince McMahon's banner. Almost strangely, a lot of them came after he’d retired from the ring.

The legend cited his work putting together the UK Title tournament, Mae Young Classics and the Cruiserweight Title tourney as moments that all meant the world to him. Again, he choked up several times during the pod when thinking about it all, and said he understands that things have to change and move on in wrestling.

WWE were also really good to him and helped pay for a lot of treatments when he had health problems too, so he's mega-grateful for that. It's refreshing to hear somebody speak positively about their time with the promotion.
