10 Things We Learned From WWE 24: Batista

6. Dave Has Always Battled With Being An Introvert

That wasn't a new thing to big Dave. As a child, he tried really hard to fit in with others but found he never really did. It's at this point of the 24 special that Batista's true personality shines through. He's a subtly frightened person at times, and he's never actually enjoyed being bombarded with attention.

More than once, Dave says he'd consciously separate himself from everyone in the locker room just so he could be alone for a while. When that wasn't possible and he was constantly being hounded by the media, fans or his peers, Batista wanted to "crawl under a rock and hide". Such insight into the man's mind is thought-provoking.

When Batista started earning millions of dollars and winning World Titles, he found it hard to cope with newfound fame. Girls would throw themselves at him, and (whilst he did enjoy that kind of attention), he never knew how to deal with it or speak to them.

Kudos to the guy for being so open.
