10 Things We Learned From WWE Chronicle: Roman Reigns Part 2

6. Hulk Hogan's Concern

Hulk Hogan's continued television rehabilitation continues, as behind-the-scenes VT of the Hulkster greeting Roman Reigns is crowbarred into the doc just to demonstrate what an all-round nice chap he is, honest.

It's almost certain that Hogan was being sincere when he expressed his heartfelt pleasure at seeing Reigns back and looking healthy, but nevertheless it's hard to escape the feeling that the scene was heavily PR managed. This is Hogan, after all, a man whose mendacity would make Pinocchio blush. Was he delighted to see Roman hale and hearty? Probably. Like his faint, equivocal apology to the WWE locker-room over his racist comments, did it need to be filmed - and then aired?

Absolutely not.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
