8. His WWE Return Was For His Sons
For anybody who watched Shane’s return to WWE back during a February 2016 edition of Monday Night Raw, it’s no exaggeration to say that the return of Vince’s son heralded one of the loudest crowd reactions that WWE had seen in years.
On Photo Shoot, an emotional Shane O’Mac talked about how he’ll be forever grateful to the Detroit crowd and the response they gave him on that Monday evening – even admitting that the reaction caused him to choke up in the ring.
Elaborating on why he decided that 2016 was the right time to return to WWE after nearly seven years away from the company, Shane stated that he did it for his three sons as he wanted them to have the chance to see their dad performing on WWE television.
