10 Things Wrestling Fans Found Too Distracting

2. The Big Shining Ring Lights

WrestleMania tickets aren't cheap, and that significant financial outlay for them should result in a pleasurable viewing experience regardless of where you are in the stadium ('Mania 36 being the obvious exception). At 'Mania 35 though, a large number of spectators were almost blinded during AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton.

Their view was so bad that Orton took it upon himself to personally apologise on behalf of the company via Instagram afterwards. He had to, 'cause that beaming yellow light was totally unacceptable and ruined their view of the ring. It's barely possible to make out both men in the lower half of the pic above.

This, sadly, has been a recurring problem at WWE events over recent years.

The company show little regard for those in attendance by shining big massive lights in their faces so they can get a well-lit shot for TV. That should tell everyone what the script is here (you, the paying customer, aren't as important as those sitting at home), and that sucks.
