10 Things WWE Actually Got Right In 2020

10. Making MITB A Little Different

Money In The Bank has been a creative noose round WWE's neck for too long now, and that might be why 2020's version felt so refreshing. Rather than booking separate bump-fests involving ladders and announce desks, the company held both the men's and women's bouts at the same time.

They also filmed the thing at WWE HQ in Stamford.

The cinematic silliness on offer wasn't for everybody, but it was different. How many multi-wrestler ladder bouts can say that? Not many, meaning it was a rare treat to see the guys and gals work more unique spots as they rampaged through HQ halls towards the building's roof.

WWE probably won't make a habit of this, and that's another major plus - MITB 2020 will stand alone as a shining example of uniqueness. Again, 'unique' and 'modern pro wrestling' don't exactly go together often, so this was a victory in that respect too.
