The WWE Hall Of Fame exists to honour those who have meant most to the wrestling institution over the years. Occasionally, it also pays tribute to those who made a name for themselves outside of the WWE bubble, but it's naturally a vehicle for WWE to push their own successes.

Success has been indelibly linked with The Undertaker throughout his incredible run with the organisation. Since 1990, 'Taker has been regarded as one of the promotion's greatest ever creations, a once-in-a-lifetime kind of character that has become part of the fabric in WWE.

1990 was 26 years ago! Few could have predicted that Undertaker would still be wrestling now.

His appearances are becoming more rare, but 'The Deadman' still remains a titanic draw for WWE. He's a sure bet for the Hall Of Fame once he steps away from the ring, but it's truly amazing that he hasn't taken that step quite yet.

Go back in time and tell fans from the late-1990's that 'Taker is still wrestling in 2016, and there would be astonishment.
