With Paige really shining in NXT, she was starting to get noticed by the higher ups. Due to her excellent performance, she was asked to attend Wrestlemania 30 in New Orleans this past year. She did some signings and also some exhibition matches against Charlotte at Wrestlemania Axxess. Paige thought the entire experience was just amazing, but little did she know, her life was about to change. One of the main trainers at NXT, Sara Del Rey, told Paige early on Monday that she was going to be doing something tonight. Paige was floored, and in the Chris Jericho podcast, she described herself as "her butt was sweating". She texted her mother and father to make sure to watch Raw tonight, but nothing is guaranteed (which is something they would definitely understand with being in the business). Later on in the day, she was handed the outline for the show from Fit Finlay (who is a family friend). Paige looked it over and immediately freaked out. She just found out that in her debut, she's going to win the WWE Diva's Championship. Fit being the straight shooter and smartass that he is told Paige to calm down and clean herself up. Partly with a wink and a smile, part because no one else on the roster except AJ knew what was going on. Speaking of AJ, she was really happy that was going to be Paige that was going to end her long run as the champion.
